A Change of Mind

I had been using the sign in Ex. 1 below to mean "any degree of flexion" (see the previous posting in this thread). On rethinking, I meant "the necessary" amount. There is a difference in meaning between "any" and "necessary." For example: When a man lifts a woman by the waist, the flexing is not "any flexion," but the required or necessary degree.
