What an interesting discussion. As inner/outer is crucial rhythmic concept in Laban Movement Studies, I would love to hear more about notating this.
If memory serves me correctly, there is a good previous example of notation of inner and outer simultaneously: Karen Barracuda (1980's) notated Ideokinesis with two parallel staffs, one for the movement sequence done by the body, and one for the inner image in the mind.
